Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary: $70k - $80k (depending on experience)

Location: Downtown Denver (fully onsite 5 days per week)

Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to join our litigation team. This position will provide law-oriented technical support to users across the organization and within the Litigation Support Department. You will work on challenging projects with complex data that requires advanced data analysis and manipulation using industry standard tools. In this role, you will consult with attorneys and paralegals to prepare data for legal review, provide assistance to end-users throughout the legal discovery process, troubleshoot technical issues, and become a database and processing expert. This job requires working on-site in our office in downtown Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for promoting and ensuring the effective use of current Litigation Technology on Firm litigation matters

· Utilize the core processing tools to prepare data for review and production such as iPro eCapture and LAW.

· Execute legal data processing tasks for both custodial and non-custodial data.

· Works closely with the Litigation Department to continually grow in understanding and ability to perform key technical functions in a law firm environment.

· Log, organize and track large platform e-discovery collections and reviews.

· Perform keyword searching, filtering and culling techniques

· Create and run productions using eDiscovery software

· Utilize the core eDiscovery tools to prepare documents for review and production.

· Coordinate the processing, loading, and exporting of data to and from our eDiscovery platform.

· Interact with outside service providers on the delivery and receipt of data.

· Troubleshoot data issues encountered while working with unstructured data (email, office documents, chats) and structured data (production data.)

· Prioritize workload assignments and communicate job status and potential issues to internal and external stakeholders.

· Manipulate incoming load files manually and programmatically to meet database ingestion specifications.

· Perform thorough quality control and validations on all assigned tasks prior to delivery.

· Create custom data productions that conform to client technical specifications.

· Facilitate the administration and tracking of client data

· Responsible for the upkeep of technical support, eDiscovery and training documentation.

· Assist with litigation software implementation, projects and testing.

· Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree: in Technology, Business, Legal or related fields.

· Experience with eDiscovery is a MUST

· Strong understanding of relational databases, Relativity experience preferred.

· Advanced skills with Excel (VLOOKUP's, macros, etc.). Experience using formulas in Excel to manipulate data.

· Basic scripting languages a plus (PowerShell and SQL).

· Understanding of data transfer protocols and processing of native files for production and review.

· Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.

· Experience documenting and organizing tasks and deliverables, with meticulous attention to detail.

· Flexible, reliable and possesses a strong work ethic.

· The candidate should be self-motivated, quickly learn new software and procedures, exercise good judgment, and show initiative in resolving problems and completing assignments.

· Must be able to organize, plan and prioritize workload. Must work well under pressure and in a team environment.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
